Method For Treating Body Soreness
I love tiger balm. I use it a lot around performance time.
A Cool Place I Visited While Dancing
I had a wonderful time at Jacob's Pillow in 2011. It is so beautiful there and so rich with dance history.

On average, what time do you wake up & what time do you go to sleep?
Usually I wake up between 7 and 8 and go to bed around midnight. I'm somewhat of a night owl; it's tough for me to go to sleep early.
Other Passions & Interests
My other passion is reading. I'm in three different book clubs right now. I also like to run. Last year I ran my first half marathon with my mom.
Why do you dance?
I've tried to take a break from dance before to pursue other things, but when it comes down to it I miss it too much to give it up. I dance because I have to.
What do you love about dancing?
As someone who is somewhat reserved, there is a great freedom in being able to express yourself through movement. It sounds cliched, but when I am dancing I feel most alive and fully connected between mind and body.
